Graduation Procedures

REQUIREMENTS FOR RECEIVING A DIPLOMA


If a Temporary Graduation Certificate Has Been Received;

1- If received, submission of the original copy of the Temporary Graduation Certificate

Important Note: The temporary graduation certificate is issued only once. The original of the temporary certificate must be submitted when receiving the diploma. In case the temporary certificate is lost, an application must be made with a loss announcement published in a nationwide newspaper in Turkey or with a copy of a loss or theft report issued by law enforcement units.

If a Temporary Graduation Certificate Has Not Been Received;
 
1- Clearance Certificate from the Central Library (Can also be obtained from the branch library located in Ayşekadın Campus.)
 
2- Submission of the Student Campus Card (There should be no balance on the card.)

3- Students who have received a bicycle or served as a club president must obtain a clearance certificate from the Health, Culture and Sports Department.

These documents must be submitted.


Important Note:

Diplomas are delivered only to the rightful owner or to their representatives with a notarized power of attorney, and are not sent by mail. If the diploma holder is abroad, the power of attorney must be obtained from a Turkish Republic consulate.
